How to Register

There are two steps to registering for one of our Holotropic Breathwork workshops.

Step 1 - Medical Contraindications

Before you register, please read the list of medical contraindications below. If any of these are issues for you, you should speak with a facilitator before you register, either by using our online question form, or by calling 206-618-9785.

Pregnancy
Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
Severe Hypertension
Epilepsy
Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases
Asthma
Serious Mental Illness

Step 2 - First-time attendees only: We require your attendance at a 90-minute introduction talk for all first-timers. Most likely it will take place the Friday evening before the workshop, but we'll work with you to make sure it can happen. More information will be forthcoming after you register.
