How to Register

There are three steps to registering for one of Breathwork Northwest's Holotropic Breathwork workshops.

Step 1 - Medical Contraindications

Before you register, please read the list of medical contraindications below. If any of these are issues for you, you should speak with a facilitator before you register, either by using our online question form, or by calling 206-618-9785.

Pregnancy
Cardiovascular Disease, including Heart Attacks
Severe Hypertension
Epilepsy
Glaucoma or Retinal Detachment
Osteoporosis
Recent Surgeries
Recent Physical Injuries
Recent Infectious/Communicable Diseases
Asthma
Psychiatric Hospitalization or Mental Illness (please discuss prior to registering)

Step 2 - Please note the following.

First-time attendees only: We require that you watch a series of introductory videos approximately one hour long. These replace our fomer Friday evening talk. You will be sent links to the videos one week prior to the workshop.
