Good Breathwork Books

If you are looking for an easy-to-read introductory book about Holotropic Breathwork, written for those considering attending a workshop, we highly recommend The Breathwork Experience: Exploration and Healing in Nonordinary States of Consciousness. We feel it is the most accessible introduction, and gives a great sense of what to expect the day of the workshop.  Written by Kylea Taylor, (1994).
